Hi!! Welcome to my first-ever blog entry ~
I usually update my social media platforms first on what's going on in my shop but I thought I'd start sharing more on my website too on more official news and updates!
I know it's been a long time since I had a shop update since I've been busy with in-person markets this past month, but I'm here to tell you a shop update is happening very soon! In between all these markets, I have been creating some new items that you may have seen at my in-person tables.
Shop update news:
New sticker designs
Everyone has been loving my chaotic frog character so I knew I had to make more designs of him. I may be planning to add more stickers (ghibli, sanrio fanart).
Glass Tumblers
Glass tumblers are back! In addition to the popular miffy cup, here are 3 new designs. I will be planning about 2 more cup designs for the shop update.
Postcards
Postcards! You may have seen these on Instagram already, but here is a closer look at them. I picked a few of my favourite scenes from the 2024 desk calendar to turn into postcards. PS. you could also use these as art prints too.
Phone Grips
Phone grips! These have been sold out for a while and I'm so glad to have them marked as a returning item. This time I focused more on different animals, and yes the flower designs are returning as well.
For now, I'm looking to have the shop update live on March 8th as a tentative date, but we'll see if I can get all the merch in time. All these items will forsure be in my next shop update as well as a few more additional items that will be kept as a mystery for now.
New thank you cards:
Every time I run out of thank you cards I have the urge to redesign them and this time was no different. Now that I finally have had some time to sit down and draw, I was able to redesign them. The theme for this was 'postage stamp' and I could not be happier with the results! I wanted this thank you card to double as an art print so you could keep it instead of tossing it away. Thank you cards will be sent out with all the new orders from the shop update moving forward.
Table/life update:
After tabling consistently at different markets for the past few months, I'm really happy with the progress I've made from how far I've come with my display setup. Back in 2021 at my very first market, I had no idea what I was doing. I didn't have a banner, display racks, business cards, or any personal branding. I remember that I didn't have any plan at all, I just brought whatever I had lying at home to make my table. It's crazy how much of a drastic difference this is. Here is a quick look at before (my first table in 2021) vs after (most recently in feb 2024).
