Are your products available for wholesale?

Yes, I accept wholesale orders! Wholesale items are available for selected amount of items. Check the wholesale tab to make an order. Please note that there is a $50 minimum in products in order to make a wholesale order. 

I ordered with letter mail or no tracking. When should I expect to receive my order?

Canada shipping times: 1-14 business days
USA shipping times: 5-20 business days
International shipping times: 10-80 business days

Are stickers shipped through letter mail?

Yes they are! They are shipped in either a kraft envelope or flat mailer to reduce shipping costs. Tracked shipping does not come with stickers unless you purchase a non sticker item in your order as well. 

I didn't receive my item yet. What should I do?

If you ordered with standard shipping (no tracking), please check the estimated arrival times above. This, however, is not always accurate as real-time delays with shipping are out of my control. 

All other orders come with tracked shipping. Please refer to your tracking number to see the status of your order. Your order should come a few days before or after the estimated delivery time. If you still haven't received it, please message me and I can help you with your order!

I shipped my order to the wrong address. What should I do?

If you made an order to the wrong address and have not contacted me by the time I have shipped it, you will have to re-order :c
